Disappointing for a Michelin star restaurant. Only 3 of 9 dishes in gourmet meal were above average for a quality French restaurant. Several dishes were mediocre particularly starters. Desserts and cheese were pedestrian and could have been purchased from local Carrefour. Pumpkin, mushroom soup and lamb were standouts. Service slow and uninterested in describing the food ingredients. We picked wine and advised restaurant in advance. When we arrive, it turns out they don’t have the wine. So they up sold us.

The greeting by staff, especially Brieux was friendly and professional. Our bedroom and bathroom were superb. The bed was very comfortable and the reading lights much appredciated. The room service and turndown at night were good. Our only criticism would be that the balcony's view was not as good as it could have been as the wall was solid and would have been more pleasant if it was open. The smaller simming pool was intimate and quiet while the main one was great for swimming laps. The food and wine in both restaurants were delicious. The tasting menu was a delight and will last in our memories for a long time. The grounds are well kept. We realluy cannot fault our stay as it was most enjoyable and a charming place to stay and enjoy the Provencal counstryside.

Lovely hotel and excellent staff. Breakfast should not be a money making operation. Coldish scrambled eggs should not be the only free cooked option and almost no deli type food. Coffee was dreadful. Hardly any jams. Pool menu very limited. Fake bird song in the hotel corridors was ridiculous. ||But overall we enjoyed our stay.
